規格品およびセミオーダー品は、ご注文から2か月以内に発送いたします。
完全オーダーメイド品につきましては、製作に2か月以上のお時間を頂戴いたします。

### Shipping / 配送について

1. Shipping within Japan
After shipment, please check the delivery status using the tracking service of the respective courier.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents such as loss or damage during shipping.

2. International Shipping (via EMS / DDU Terms)
We ship internationally using Japan Post’s EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS includes tracking and insurance for added security.
Please note that our sales prices do not include customs duties, consumption tax (TAX/VAT), or other related fees. These charges will be collected by the courier upon delivery and must be paid by the customer.

*Important Notice
If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or taxes, resulting in the return or disposal of the goods, no refund, return, or exchange will be accepted.
Any costs incurred due to return or disposal shall be borne by the recipient.

1. 国内配送について
商品発送後の配送状況については、各配送会社の追跡サービスをご利用ください。配送中の紛失や破損などの事故につきましては、当店では一切の責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

2. 海外配送（EMS／DDU方式）について
海外への発送は、日本郵便のEMS（国際スピード郵便）を利用いたします。
EMSは追跡サービスおよび補償制度がございますので、安心してご利用いただけます。
なお、当店の販売価格には、関税・消費税（TAX/VAT）・その他手数料は含まれておりません。商品のお受け取り時に、配送業者より関税や消費税の請求がございますので、お客様ご自身でお支払いください。
【注意事項】
お客様が関税や消費税の支払いを拒否された結果、商品が返送または破棄された場合、返金、返品、交換は一切お受けできません。
返送や破棄にかかる費用が発生した場合は、お客様に別途ご請求させていただく場合がございます。

返品について

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or different from the item ordered.
Please check the condition of your product promptly upon arrival. If the product meets the above conditions, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact us via our inquiry form.
Once a shipping confirmation has been issued, cancellation fees (including shipping and handling charges) may apply depending on the shipping status.

商品に欠陥がある場合やご注文商品と異なるものが届いた場合を除き、基本的には返品はお受けしておりません。
商品到着後は、速やかに商品の状態をご確認いただき、上記に該当する場合は、商品の到着より7日以内にご連絡ください。
ご注文日時より24時間以内であれば、ご注文のキャンセルが可能です。
キャンセルをご希望される場合は、当サイトお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
なお、発送確認書発行後のキャンセルにつきましては、発送処理状況によりキャンセル料（送料・手数料等）が発生する場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
