You may increase the cigar capacity, adjust the dimensions to fit your favorite cigar size, or choose a natural stone finish for the surface. Skilled artisans will craft a one-of-a-kind humidor designed to harmonize with your cigar rituals and living space.
After payment for this custom design service, we will conduct a consultation via email, social media, or online meeting tools to better understand your needs. Based on your requests, we will propose design options for your custom Aji-Stone humidor.

### SIZE, WEIGHT
* We will design it based on your preferences regarding installation space, cigar size, and number of cigars to be stored.
* Designs with a product weight exceeding 20 kg are not allowed due to shipping and safety considerations.
・設置スペースや、保管する葉巻サイズと本数等のご希望を伺い設計します。
・配送上の制限や安全性確保の観点から、配送時の梱包材を含む総重量が20kgを超える設計は不可とします。

Production Flow / 製造の流れ
1. Application
Please begin by purchasing this product.
2. Specification Drafting
We will contact you using the details provided with your order to discuss your preferences. Based on this consultation, we will prepare a specification sheet. Once you approve the specifications, the design phase begins.
3. Design & Quotation
Design and estimation are carried out based on the specifications. After adjustments and final agreement, we will request your signature or seal on our official order form.
4. Deposit Payment & Start of Production
A deposit equivalent to approximately 50% of the quoted price is required. Production begins once payment is confirmed. Cashless payment (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) via secure payment link is available.
5. Photo Review & Shipping
Upon completion, we will send you photographs of the finished product for confirmation. After approval, the item will be carefully packaged and shipped.
6. Delivery & Inspection
Although every effort is made to ensure safe packaging, due to the nature of the product, there is a risk of damage during transit. Please open and inspect the item promptly upon delivery.
7. Final Payment
If no damage or issues are found, please complete the remaining payment within one week of delivery. Cashless payment (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) via secure payment link is available.

3. 設計・お見積
仕様書に基づき設計とお見積を行います。ご依頼者さまと調整をし設計とお見積額にご納得いただきましたら、弊社発行の発注書にサインまたは押印をお願いいたします。
4. 着手金のお支払い・製造開始
御見積書に記載の着手金（お見積額の約50％に相当）のお支払いをお願いします。お支払いの確認が取れ次第、製造工程に進みます。お支払いはリンク型決済（クレジットカードやApple Payなど）によるキャッシュレス決済がご利用いただけます。
5. 写真による検品・発送
完成品の写真を撮り、お送りいたしますのでご確認下さい。ご確認後梱包し、発送いたします。
6. お受け取り・納品
検品・梱包には万全を期して発送しておりますが、製品の性質上、破損の恐れがあります。製品到着後お早めに開封いただき、製品の状態をお確かめ下さい。
7. お支払い
配送による破損等がなければ、商品到着後1週間以内に、残金のお支払いをお願いいたします。お支払いはリンク型決済（クレジットカードやApple Payなど）によるキャッシュレス決済がご利用いただけます。

## Made-to-Order Production
This product is made-to-order, meaning each item is carefully produced individually after your order is placed.
Therefore, please allow approximately two months for delivery after the design is finalized. We appreciate your understanding in advance.・Depending on production status, the delivery date may vary.

## International Shipping
The sales price does not include customs duties, consumption tax (TAX/VAT), or other fees.
These charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient.
